In our first Field Test for the new full-frame Canon 6D Mark II, we look at the camera body, image quality, autofocus, performance and shooting modes, including the new built-in 4K time lapse feature.

Speaking to image quality in particular, the dynamic range of the new 26-megapixel full-frame sensor has been a very popular topic on the internet since the camera's debut. In our Field Test Part I, we discuss the dynamic range in addition to whether the new sensor is ISO invariant. The 6D II has a new autofocus system as well, in addition to Dual Pixel CMOS AF. How does the new AF system perform in the real world? Read our Field Test for all the details!
