Firmware Friday: Fuji updates Lightroom tethering plugin with X-Pro2 support and a bug fix

After last week's epic roundup of new firmware and software, things have been rather quieter over the Christmas holiday period. In fact, we've not turned up any new firmware released in the last seven days, and so our roundup this week includes just one item: A new piece of software from Fujifilm which will be of interest to owners of the GFX 50S, X-T1, X-T2 and X-Pro2 cameras.

Fuji has made two changes in the new version 1.7.0 release of its somewhat clumsily-named Fujifilm Tether Plugin Pro for GFX for Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic CC / 6. Firstly, and perhaps most importantly, the plugin now supports remote capture with the Fuji X-Pro2 body. Fuji also notes that it has corrected a bug, making the number of shots for focus bracketing editable as was intended.

And that's all for this week. Be sure to check back next time for more firmware and software news!
