Aaron Nace of Phlearn has hit the streets of Chicago to create a new video about creating "stunning black and white photography." Black and white photography offers unique advantages -- and challenges -- for photographers.

Nace has five tips for us and the first is to focus on simple shapes. "There's always an angle you can take that is going to make things a little bit more simple." Simplicity is key in all types of photography, but in black and white images, you often rely more on texture and shapes in your composition because you won't be able to rely on color to tell your story. Similarly, Nace's second tip is to find angles that avoid distractions.

Another helpful tip for composition is to find leading lines in scenes. Leading lines help pull the viewer into the photo. To see the rest of his tips, check out the video below.
