Persistence in photography: How Nigel Danson chased the perfect flower photo

Sometimes the largest part of photographic success is persistence. For photographer Nigel Danson, he has spent the last week trying to capture a spring bluebell photo. It may seem a simple shot, but when you have a specific idea for lighting, composition and color in mind, even a simple shot can become immensely complex.

In the video below, we join Danson as he visits six separate locations, including four spots at sunrise, as he looks for that perfect shot. Along the way, he offers some great tips for photographing flowers and woodlands. Does Danson get the shot? Find out below.
