Although often thought of as peaceful and safe, landscape photography can nonetheless deliver some scares. In his latest video, photographer Nigel Danson offers us a behind the scenes look from his trip to the Faroe Islands, including a visit to the “scariest bridge” he’s ever been on.

The islands are spectacular, offering incredible views from steep cliffs. Therein lies some of the terror, the drop-offs on the islands are often precipitous. While exploring cliffs with a Faroese photographer, Rannvá Joensen, the duo headed to the aforementioned frightening bridge. In the video below, enjoy accompanying Danson on his final day in the Faroes. You can view prior videos from his trip and much more by visiting his YouTube channel.
