How to use luminosity masking in ON1 Photo RAW 2019

In ON1 Photo RAW 2019, you can use luminosity masking to target specific areas of an image based on the luminosity (or brightness) values of different areas of the photo. For example, you can target the bright areas of an image and then selectively edit them without needing to manually make complex selections.
