Nikon 20mm f/2.8 AIS Nikkor
10 out of 10 points and recommendedCRC correction and sharp!NoneFrom f4 on it's as sharp as it gets. Very good wide open too. Minimal line distortion makes it great for architectural. It won't meter with anything under a D7000 and no autofocus. Very good choice for FX. My use for it is for older film cameras w/ no autofocus. One of the great nikkor lenses!

Nikon 28mm f/2.8 AIS Nikkor
10 out of 10 points and recommendedSharp, Super Optics and Nikon classic 28mm. Bargain! No AF but...CRC and 50mm filters. No AF, but since when did wide angles need it? Smooth Focus and beautiful bokeh. I use it on F3, and older F Film cameras. One of the finest 28mm out there at a very low cost.

Nikon 50mm f/1.4 AIS Nikkor
9 out of 10 points and recommendedLow light and small size. Great versatile normal lensNot too sharp wide open but stopped down - very sharpIf you are shooting film and using a non AF this is a great walk around lens. I usually use a little wider normal lens but this is a very sharp lens and if I need a low light option then I pull this one. Probably a must have.

Nikon 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5D AF Nikkor
9 out of 10 points and recommendedGood optical quality, contrasty and sharp. Low costPlasticy feel and construction. This is a good all around carry lens on a DX or FX autofocus camera. Good performer but a little soft on either end wide open. Very good all around. I like it and use it often on a F100 if I'm carrying one lens. Good color and contrast.

Nikon 35mm f/1.4 AIS Nikkor
10 out of 10 points and recommendedGreat normal, fast lens. Classic image for B&Wsofter wide openA little soft wide open but from 2.8 to f11 it's very good. Nice bokeh and contrast. A classic Nikon lens. I use it for my normal lens and it's fast for low light and classic B&W image quality. Nikon has been making it forever and that's a statement to its popularity.
