  • Nikon 35mm f/1.8G ED AF-S Nikkor

    Perfectly sharp, light, fast!

    I took this lens with a bit of skepticism since it costs 550 € and having already the Sigma 35 1.4 and the lightest 35 f2.
    To my great surprise, not only the quality is equal to sigma (both 1.8 to f11) but it is also much more lightweight (200 grams) and more small! Immediately sold the sigma, held this wonder that is worth all the money I spent! It focuses also very close to getting a wonderful bokeh with fast Af (tested on d90-d700-d800) the only drawback maybe is the plasticky material but the feeling is a perfect balance! A + + +

    The best lens i have (with the 70-200) tack sharp from 24 to 70...
    The only drawback is the weight.. for me is a 98% on my camera even at night
