    Shooting this on a Sigma Quattro H. WOW. at ISO 100 this is my sharpest lens for the camera at the moment. Focus is very accurate. I have not had to use the dock to tweak it. Wide open, I'm not a fan of the edges. Stopped down 2 stops my copy is sharp across the image. The lens handles shooting into the sun very well. The camera on the other hand has issues with the extra piece of glass inside. Those of you with this camera will know what I mean. You won't be sorry if you buy this for a Quattro camera.

    I too finally got a used copy of this lens. I got the 1st generation VR. This lens is sharp. Using it on a D850 is a dream. Focus is fast and accurate. Haven't shot any sports with it, just outside details and the minimal depth of field really opens some doors to be more creative. I recommend it if you can find a good used one.
