PRESS RELEASE: Royal Photo Frame Keep Family, Friends in Sight
Display Your Family's Digital Picture Trove With Easy-To-Use Digital Albums
SOMERSET, N.J. -- The popularity of digital cameras has created one significant problem: How can we share all our wonderful digital pictures with family and friends?
Royal Consumer Information Products has provided the solution with the introduction of two innovative and lifestyle-accommodating digital picture displays: the Royal PF 56 and PF 80 Digital Picture Albums. Each complements your active lifestyle and frees you from clutches of the PC, the usual way digital pictures are viewed. There are no monthly fees and no computer is necessary to easily view and enjoy all of your photos on a Royal picture album.
Available in 8" and 5.6" versions, the Royal Digital Picture Albums are simple to use and set up. Simply take the digital camera media card from your digital camera and insert it into the back of the (diagonal) picture frame. The Royal Picture Albums allow you to view a single picture or a complete slide show containing as many as 500-600 pictures depending upon the size of your digital camera media card. The Digital Albums support up to 8-megapixal photos, the largest in the industry so you can see the photos exactly as you have photographed them.
The 8" Royal PF 80 comes with a slim, credit card sized remote that lets you control the display one picture at a time or start a slide show with a touch of a button. Want to zoom in on a favorite photo? A touch of button lets you see your photo as close as you want to see it.
The 8" Digital Picture Album includes three interchangeable frames in silver, wood-grain brown and black.
The 5" Royal PF 56 comes with a black frame, and other color options are available on the Royal website. Both models are desktop or wall mountable.
"Digital Picture Albums, are a perfect way to share those special life moments with friend and families," said David Joachim, Director of Marketing, Royal Consumer Information Products. "Most people typically view their digital pictures around the PC. But the Royal Digital Picture Album lets friends and families create their own favorite viewing area. They make great gifts. And grandma and grandpa will love them too."
The Royal Digital Picture Albums support the following digital media card formats: Compact Flash TM (CF), Smart Media TM (SM), Memory Stick (MS), Multi Media Card (MMC), Secure Digital (SD) and XD Card.
The Royal PF80, 8.0" Digital Picture Album is $249.00 (MSRP) and the Royal PF 56, 5.6" Digital Picture Album, is $199.00 (MSRP).
