End-of-summer vacations (and having a chunk of our team off at Photokina) put a kink in our lens testing workflow for SLRgear.com, but uber-tech Jim and I are both back from vacations and (more or less) back into the swing of things. I've just posted test results for three lenses over on SLRgear.com, and we'll have another three for you later this week. Today's sampling is:
Later this week, we'll have results for the Canon 50mm f/1.8, Canon 35mm f/2, and Nikon 18-135 f/4.5-5.6. We also currently have in process the Canon EF-S 17-55 f/2.8 and 70-200mm F4L, as well as the Sigma 10-22mm ultrawide zoom and 30mm f/1.4. Also, we should finally be getting some Nikon lenses to work with, hopefully by the end of this week (with test results on these starting to appear 10 days or so after their receipt.) There's lots going on, so stay tuned! - Dave E.
