Adobe Releasess Camera Raw 4.0 and DNG Converter Updates

But hold off if you're running Photoshop CS2 or earlier.
Adobe posted updates to Camera Raw and its free DNG Converter today. The primary benefit of the updates is support for the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ8. But if you are using Photoshop CS2, you should not install Camera Raw 4.0.
According to the company, "This version of the Camera Raw plug-in is provided by default with the Photoshop CS3 application and replaces the original Camera Raw plug-in that was installed with Photoshop Elements 4.0 (Mac Only), Photoshop Elements 5.0 and Premiere Elements 3.0. The Camera Raw 4.0 plug-in is not compatible with versions of Photoshop earlier than Photoshop CS3 or versions of Photoshop Elements earlier than Photoshop Elements 5.0 for Windows and Photoshop Elements 4.0 for Mac."
