Unibind: New holiday-themed photobooks

Peleman Industries - the Alpharetta GA-based company behind the Unibind Photobook Creator - has announced a range of new photobook styles with a holiday theme.

Available only for a limited time, there are a total of six styles in each of two different sizes - either a 4" x 6" or an 8.5" x 11" photobook, respectively. The additions include solid red, blue, black and purple, as well as two patterned types - layered squares and loops.

If you're not familiar with Unibind's Photobook Creator, it was first announced back in the runup to the Photo Marketing Association tradeshow, in January 2006. IR newsletter editor Mike Pasini took a closer look at the system during the show, and came away rather impressed.

In a nutshell, you simply print the photos or documents that you want in the book, place them inside a Photobook hard-cover album, and insert the album spine-down into the Photobook binding system. Mere moments later, an indicator light lets you know that the book is bound and ready. An included software package allows you to quickly and easily arrange your layouts - both photos and text.

The Unibind Photobook Creator currently has pricing of just under $100, including one black linen hardcover photobook plus software and binding machine. The limited edition holiday photobooks are priced at $10 each, as are the black and white variants which are available year-round.
