GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Aug. 18, 2008 – X-Rite, Incorporated (NASDAQ:XRIT) – Pantone and the color experts at X-Rite Color Services today announced the fall schedule of the company's highly popular seminar, "Color Control Freak.” With a popular spring series completed, X-Rite's Color Control Freak '08 will again offer attendees an in-depth understanding of color, its value in the design process and techniques for proper reproduction.

Sponsored by Pantone, HP, Eizo and X-Rite, this one-day interactive seminar equips design professionals with the latest color knowledge and tools, exposing a new level of design freedom. Industry experts will teach attendees basics in color trends and psychology, as well as how to collect, build and specify color that remains consistent from screen to print.

"Accurately capturing the desired color, and then reproducing it faithfully and consistently across communications in multiple media, is imperative for maintaining the integrity of any design project,” said Richard Herbert, executive vice president and general manager of Pantone, Inc.

But I also received a CD that I can reference again and again to ensure that my prepress work will result in the desired printed product. I can't wait to see how my projects look!” – Bridget Gurtowsky, Gurtowsky Graphics LLC

"Knowledgeable, engaging, real world practice – the presenter gave great insights, reviews and kept on track. Fun. Positive.” – Brad Elledge, Nosco
