PRESS RELEASE: Innovative M-Rock Camera Backpacks Now In Stock


M-Rock's brand new Zion 525 and McKinley 526 camera backpacks are now in stock and available for purchase. The Zion and McKinley are identical except the McKinley includes smooth roller wheels and locking telescope handle. Both are full of details and user-friendly features.


The backpacks include a modular interior with a removable Accessory Bag and additional dividers for three set up options. The basic set up is for a regular or Pro dSLR camera with up to a six inch lens attached, with room for an additional two to four lenses or photo accessories. The Accessory Bag above can hold more electronics, personal items or hiking gear. Replace the Accessory Bag with the extra dividers will allow you to load use all of the interior space for extra photographic supplies and load your SLR camera with up to a nine inch lens attached. The removed Accessory Bag has Web and Velcro arms below that can attach to the fabric handle on top of the backpacks.

M-Rock's six modular bags can attach to either side of the backpacks to offer further carrying capacity. The Zion and McKinley include a rear compartment that can hold up to a 15.25 inch laptop computer or M-Rock's new accessory item The Great Lakes #550, which is a 1.3 liter water bladder inside an insulated neoprene case.

There is double access into just the lower section of the backpacks or the entire front flap can be opened. Velcro attachment arms give the option of how far the flaps can open.

The backpacks come with a dual application lens changing bag or weather jacket, lens cloth, wire port for the headphones of a MP3 player, plenty of storage pockets and sleeves and a snap hook so you always know where your keys are.

The Zion and McKinley have comfortable padding on the back covered by breathable mesh. M-Rock's Modular Belt #530 Velcro attaches in the rear belt loop to offer additional stability, support and comfort if required.

Bungee straps on the front of the backpack with platform pocket below provide storage for a small or medium tripod. Both backpacks fit in regular sized over head compartments and have been taken on flights of all the major USA airlines multiple times without any restrictions or size problems.

Both backpacks are relatively light for their size with The Zion weighing 7 lbs. and the McKinley just 11 lbs. including the trolley handle and wheels.
