Panasonic has posted updated information on compatibility of its various cameras bodies, lenses, and accessories, including interoperability with products from its partners in the Four Thirds and Micro Four Thirds systems.
The information can be found in several different articles in the compatibility information section of the company's site. The first article covers compatibility of Panasonic's lenses with Olympus' various Four Thirds and Micro Four Thirds camera bodies, including details on whether Four Thirds lenses can be used on Micro Four Thirds bodies with a lens mount adapter, and whether body or lens firmware updates are needed.
Four further articles cover compatibility of the DMC-L1K, DMC-L10K, DMC-G1 / GF1 / GH1,, and DMC-G2 / G10, with a variety of products including lenses, teleconverters / extension tubes, mount adapters, flash strobes, angle finders, and viewfinder eye cups. Also covered is compatibility of these cameras' kit lenses with Olympus camera bodies.
