Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. has released an updated version of the Raw Converter software that's provided with certain of the company's interchangeable-lens and point-and-shoot camera models.

Samsung RAW Converter v3.2 for Windows continues to be based on the SILKYPIX Raw file processing package that's authored by Japanese company Ichikawa Soft Laboratory, and the new version adds support for several new Samsung camera models. These include the Samsung TL500 compact digital camera (known in some markets as the Samsung EX1), the Samsung HZ50W (aka the Samsung WB5500), and the Samsung NX5.

No other changes in the new version have been disclosed, and as with the previous v3.1 version, Samsung Raw Converter for Windows continues to be incompatible with Microsoft's current Windows 7 release. More details and the download itself can be found on the UK-based Samsung Electronics website. Samsung's Raw Converter software is not available to download from the Samsung USA website at this time.
