Yikes - My Netscape Network down!

AOL's Netscape Netcenter website isn't updating My Netscape channel content, and we haven't a clue why... ;)
As you may have noticed from the logo at the bottom of the news page, we mirror our headlines in a channel for users of AOL Netscape's 'My Netscape' service... For the most part, the service which we debuted back in mid October, 1999 has worked well, but emails from readers have pointed out that as of 6 days ago the 'My Netscape' channel has stopped updating!
At this point, we've been able to confirm that the problem is not at our end, as the files we generate from which AOL Netscape creates our channel are present and valid... We also noticed that the channels of our friendly competitors the Digital Photography Review and the Digital Camera Resource Page have likewise stopped updating as of March 6th, 2001, so it seems extremely likely that the server responsible for polling our sites for changes at AOL Netscape is down, and this is the reason that our channels are no longer updating.
We've tried through several means to contact AOL Netscape to inform them of the problem, however their support for the service is somewhat spotty at best, and it may be some time before they even notice that there is a problem. In the meantime, there's really no good way that we can get the word out to My Netscape users since we can't update our channel, but if you've bypassed the My Netscape page and come directly to us, rest assured - we're still here and hard at work for you! ;)
