Minox announces first digital camera!

Per our friends at LetsGoDigital, Minox has announced their first digital camera.
Minox is well-known for their ultra-small film-based "spy" cameras. According to a story by our friends at LetsGoDigital.nl, they've now just announced their new model DC 1311. This is a low-end fixed focal-length design that looks like a rebadged Pentax EI-100. The choice of model to lead off their line with seems a little odd, in that Minox has always projected an aura of fine-tuned engineering, which the low-end design of this first camera is seemingly at odds with.
