Olympus PEN-F

20.3 megapixel, Compact System Camera, Non-Zoom

The Olympus PEN-F checks-off a lot of boxes on our list for what makes a fantastic camera. It offers excellent image quality, great performance, fast autofocus, and stylish build quality. In a decidedly retro-inspired camera, there are tons of modern amenities, too, including a crisp EVF and a raft of in-camera image processing features. There's not a lot to dislike about the Olympus PEN-F, to be honest. There's no 4K video, no mic or headphone jacks, High-Res Shot mode is still rather tricky to use, and the battery life isn't all that spectacular. The price is also certainly a bit steep. However, in our opinion, the pros definitely outweigh the cons. Find out all the details in our in-depth Olympus PEN-F review!

Olympus E-P5

16.1 megapixel, Compact System Camera, 1.00x Zoom

The Olympus E-P5 is the company's best PEN-series Micro Four Thirds camera yet, taking the best of its predecessor, the E-P3, and many features from the acclaimed OM-D E-M5, and adding a few new wrinkles of its own. Overall, this flagship mirrorless model delivers blazing fast autofocus, burst shooting near 10fps and exceptional image quality -- even at higher ISOs -- that rival the performance of many top enthusiast DSLRs.

Olympus E-PL5

16.1 megapixel, Compact System Camera, 3.00x Zoom

The Olympus E-PL5 packs serious photographic power into a small package, with image quality that's simply astounding at this price point. Though the E-PL5's menu system is confusing and confounding, those with patience will find themselves pleased with the camera's advanced, immensely customizable controls. Add to all this very fast and responsive shooting performance, and the Olympus E-PL5 emerges as a strong contender.

Olympus E-PL7

16.1 megapixel, Compact System Camera, 3.00x Zoom

The Olympus E-PL7 brings significant upgrades to the popular PEN "lite" mirrorless camera line, most notably in the form of improved ergonomics and a more professional feel, bringing it more in line with the flagship E-P5. It has excellent image quality for its class, including very good performance as ISO rises, and also sports an upgraded 3-axis image stabilization system. Add in solid numbers in the performance department and we found the E-PL7 to be quite a capable and worthy addition to the Olympus line-up. See more in our Olympus E-PL7 review!

Olympus E-PM2

16.1 megapixel, Compact System Camera, 3.00x Zoom

Small, lightweight, powerful and affordable, the Olympus E-PM2 features the same 16-megapixel Live MOS sensor, processor and FAST AF system as its much more expensive Olympus E-M5 sibling. The E-PM2 is by no means perfect -- it's a little lacking in shooting action stills and HD video -- but it is a tremendous value, and a great choice for beginners looking to step up from a point-and-shoot.
