Time-lapse photographer Jesse Attanasio has been shooting as much as he possibly could over the last two years. His extensive travels and hard work have been compiled and edited into his new video, Exhale, and you just have to see it to believe it.

His incredible video shows his travels across Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado, South Dakota, Montana, California, Washington, and Alberta, Canada. Attansio told Fstoppers that his most memorable trip was to Glacier and Banff National Parks in Alberta. During his few days there, he experienced great weather and witnessed firefighters fight blazes out in the distance.

Check out the video below and see many beautiful, detailed landscapes change dramatically as day turns to night. Make sure to view it in 4K resolution to get the full impact!

You can view a list of timestamps to see when particular locations appear here. Attanasio used two Canon 6D camera bodies, a Tamron 15-30mm f/2.8 lens, a Canon 200mm f/2.8 lens, and Rokinon 12, 24, and 35mm lenses to make this video. For processing and editing, he used Lightroom 5, LRTimelapse 4, and Adobe CC software.
