Dave has now filed his first report, and uploaded a large batch of images live from the Photokina show floor (or at least, a nearby Internet cafe that had better access than the press room!)

In our first article based on Dave's work, we take an exclusive look at Sigma's SD9 digital camera - including several sample photos, two of which have direct comparisons with Sony's 5 megapixel Cyber-shot DSC-F717 digital camera. As with our friends at the DPReview website, Dave suffered from the uncooperative German weather, but our photos do go some way to showing what the SD9 (and the Foveon X3 sensor inside it) can do.

There's also numerous screen-shots of the camera's menu system, along with a picture of the desktop RAW-processing software in use. Hop on over to the article now for the full scoop!
