PRESS RELEASE: Pixel Magic Imaging Becomes DNP Photo Imaging America Corp.

San Marcos, Texas (March 1, 2007) -- Pixel Magic Imaging, the leading provider of store-branded digital imaging solutions for the photo retail market, is now DNP Photo Imaging America Corp.

“ As of March 1st,” states Brett Cameron, CEO of DNP Photo Imaging America Corp., “Pixel proudly takes the name of its parent company, and majority share owner, Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. (DNP). DNP’s investment in Pixel has helped strengthen existing relationships and create new ones in the photo retail marketplace.”

Former Pixel Magic Imaging products and services will continue under the DNP Photo Imaging America Corp. name. Additionally, DNP Photo Imaging America Corp. will offer silver halide paper products. “In 2006, DNP acquired Konica Minolta’s Photo Imaging silver halide manufacturing facility in Odawara, Japan,” explains Cameron. “Changing our name better reflects what we have become. DNP Photo Imaging America Corp. now offers the photo retail market an extensive portfolio of quality dye sublimation and silver halide media in addition to hardware and software solutions.”
