Three new models now available including the Crystal line featuring bevelled edges, the affordable Atrum 7, and the new PLANO media digital frames

Gummersbach, Germany (August 24, 2009) – JOBO AG announces during IFA Berlin (September 4-9, 2009; Hall 15.1, Stand 104) the addition of several new very stylish digital picture frames to the growing JOBO family of digital picture frames. During the IFA show, JOBO will showcase an impressive line-up of digital picture frames just in time for the fast approaching holiday gift-giving season. Available now from JOBO are digital picture frames featuring displays sizes of 3.5-inches up to 15-inches.

JOBO Crystal Line
The new JOBO Crystal 15 digital picture frame, which will be shown for the first time at IFA Berlin, features multimedia capabilities including photo and video playback and music. The frame surrounding the 15-inch color TFT LCD display is made of high-end black bevelled glass.

The JOBO Crystal 15 is compatible with all popular media storage cards including CF, SD, MMC, MS and XD. And its 1024x768 pixel resolution showcases digital pictures and videos with sharp and bright colors. Digital pictures can be viewed individually, in thumbnail view or through a multimedia slideshow. Crystal 15 also plays music (from music files saved on the inserted media card) along with photo slideshows. The frame also features different transition effects for slideshows as well as zoom, rotate, copy and delete functions.

The frame also features a calendar and the time as well as auto On/Off and Auto start selection (images, videos or music). All digital frame functions are accessible via the frame’s included remote control or via buttons on the back of the frame.

Later this fall, the new JOBO Crystal 10 and Crystal 12 will be added to this line of digital picture frames.

This new digital picture frame showcases digital images on a 6.5-inch color TFT LCD display with an aspect ration of 16:10 and a resolution of 480x234 pixel. Atrum 7 is compatible with popular media storage cards including SD, SDHC, MMC and USB mini. It supports the popular JPEG image format and displays images up to 16 megapixels in size.

PLANO 8 Media and PLANO 10 Media
Two new media models have been added to JOBO’s PLANO series of digital picture frames. The very stylish and slim new PLANO 8 Media and PLANO 10 Media feature slick black varnish frames sure to fit with any décor. These new digital picture frames display images in a Multimedia slideshow format along with music files and video files with audio. Photos can also be viewed individually, 4-in-1 window, or as thumbnails. Slideshows feature multiple transition effects and user-adjustable time intervals. PLANO 10 can also display images chronologically by the date of when the picture was taken or alphabetically by file name.

Both frames include a new embedded photo enhancement function capable of automatic face detection for sharp focus on up to five faces per picture, dynamic lighting for automatically improved lighting on images and skin softening for attractive portraits, as well as zoom and automatic rotate functions. These frames feature a clock and calendar with unique slideshow mode and an energy saving function (Auto off). PLANO 8 Media showcases digital images on an 8-inch color TFT LCD display in the 4:3-Format with a resolution of 800x600 pixels. PLANO 10 Media showcases digital images on a large 10.4-inch color TFT LCD display in the 4:3-Format and a resolution of 800x600 pixels. These frames can be easily displayed on a desk, shelf or on the wall.
