The United Kingdom's What Digital Camera magazine has today announced a charity auction offering photographers the chance to help with the Haiti relief effort while purchasing from a range of photographic equipment.

The auctions are being conducted through Ebay UK and international shipping isn' available. Links to the individual items are provided from What Digital Camera's article announcing the charity auction. Items on offer include a digital SLR kit, five compact cameras, an all-in-one photo printer, two tripod and accessory combos, a flash media bundle, and three software items. All proceeds from sales will go to the UK's Disasters Emergency Committee Haiti Earthquake Appeal. DEC is a committee that encompasses thirteen different aid agencies - ActionAid, British Red Cross, CAFOD, Care International UK, Christian Aid, Concern Worldwide, Help the Aged, Islamic Relief, Merlin, Oxfam, Save the Children, Tearfund, and World Vision.
