Notes & Features: Body is aluminum in 'graphite gray'. Lens has 8 elements in 7 groups, and all-glass design. Can be connected directly to Canon CP-10 printer to print images without a computer. Battery recharges in-camera with supplied charger, charge time approx. 80 minutes. Battery life rated at 170 images with LCD on, 380 images with LCD off, or 300 minutes playback. Has three-point AF system with user-selectable AF point displayed on LCD monitor. Auto exposure bracketing feature takes several photos with differing exposure. Has histogram feature to assist in judging correct exposure, and flashes overexposed areas of picture. Playback zoom is 3x or 6x. User-adjustable sharpening. Has in-camera stitch assist mode for panoramas (displays portion of previous photo alongside live viewfinder to assist in lining up images). LCD hue/brightness can be adjusted. Images can be trimmed/cropped in playback mode. Continuous shooting speed is 2.5fps up to 5 frames, or 1.5fps up to 9 frames. Of bundled software listed above, Zoombrowser, PhotoRecord, USB TWAIN, and WIA are PC only. USB Mounter, Plug-in Module and Imagebrowser are Mac only. Bundled with NB-2L Lithium Ion battery, charger/AC adapter, software CD-ROM, 16MB CompactFlash card.
