Fujifilm is reportedly preparing another round of price increases, with higher prices set to take effect across several European markets beginning in September 2026. According to a new report, the adjustments are being driven by rising semiconductor costs and higher manufacturing expenses.
According to Fuji Rumors, the information comes from Fujifilm Germany, which has published a list of products affected by the upcoming price adjustment. While the report suggests the increases could extend to multiple countries, it remains unclear whether the U.S. market will see another round of price hikes after Fujifilm already raised prices twice over the past year following tariffs on Japanese imports.
Popular Fujifilm Cameras Affected
The upcoming increase covers several of Fujifilm’s most sought-after cameras, including the X100VI, X-E5, X-T50, X-S20, and the GFX100 II.
Among the affected products, the X100VI receives the largest percentage increase, rising from €1,799 to €1,999, an increase of 11.1%. Meanwhile, the GFX100 II sees the largest monetary increase, climbing €500 from €7,999 to €8,499.

What It Means for Buyers
For photographers already planning to purchase one of the affected cameras, buying before the new prices take effect could result in meaningful savings—particularly for high-demand models such as the X100VI and GFX100 II.
That said, buyers should keep in mind that Fujifilm products are still regularly discounted during seasonal promotions and retailer sales, so opportunities to save may continue even after the new pricing is introduced. You can check our Deals section for the latest discounts on Fujifilm gear.Â
