  • Tamron 19-35mm f/3.5-4.5 AF

9 out of 10 points and recommended
-Sharpness at F/6.3 to F/11 -Tough Construction -Barely any noticeable haze -REALLY WIDE
-Corners soft at base apertures -Distortion noticeable on FF -Aperture changes through focal length

I have a Nikon D3 and used to have a D7000, both cameras and this lens performed amazingly.
I got this lens free through a family member
    D7000:
Of course with APSC sensor im cropped on this lens, therefor no distortion or vignette (Though i dont notice it much on D3). The lens is still pretty wide on DX sensor (28-52mm), and its extremely lightweight lens on a already lightweight camera (Compared to the almost 3 pound D3)

    D3:
I got my D3 awhile ago, i didn't put this lens on immediately but when i did i loved the true focal length. 19-35mm is a huge difference vs 28-52mm, but this also brought along softness in corners along with barely noticeable vignette and distortion. ALL EASILY FIXED IN POST. I didnt see any bad artifacts some were saying were bad but hey, never say never.
