Given its specs and pedigree, it's perhaps no surprise that senior editor Shawn Barnett found a lot to like in the Canon EOS-1D Mark III. What's perhaps more surprising is how significantly Canon has revamped the Mark III's user interface relative to previous EOS-1 models. Based on Shawn's experience, it looks like the changes were (mostly) well worth it. The "mostly" part has to do with the manner of AF point selection, which he found a little awkward.
