If you've been following photographer Thomas Heaton's journey in Namibia, his latest video may well be the most exciting one yet. On his last morning in Etosha National Park in Namibia, Heaton captures three of his favorite images from the trip. He's been finding that wildlife photography is a tricky task, and one much different from his typical landscape photography, but he's getting into the swing of things now.

At a watering hole, there were many animals grazing. While it's great for them to get a drink, it also makes the larger, slower animals easy targets for predators, including lions. Nature is often beautiful, but it is at times brutal too. Heaton was able to capture some of this violence with his Canon gear and it highlights the challenges of wildlife photography. There is a lot of action over a very short period of time with fast, unpredictable movement and once the moment is over, that's it, there are often no second chances. Watch the video below to see how Heaton fared.

As you can see, he captured a particularly beautiful shot. To see more of his work, head to his website and YouTube channel.
