Even Bob Dylan isn't immune to the lure of Instagram, it seems. His latest video (below) is comprised of Instagram shots of fans holding up signs bearing lyrics from the song "Duquesne Whistle," off his new album Tempest.
The video is an obvious spoof on Dylan's famous "Subterranean Homesick Blues" video from the 1967 documentary Don't Look Back, where the singer held up cue cards with fragments of the song's lyrics.
The "Duquesne Whistle" video was created after Sony Music Canada asked Instagram users to capture photos of themselves with the lyric signs and tag the images #DylanLyricPhotos.
Talk about crowd sourcing!
