Godox has announced the TT350II Thinklite, the second generation of its compact TTL flash for mirrorless cameras. The updated model introduces a hybrid hot shoe, a color display, and a built-in LED modeling lamp while retaining compatibility with Godox’s 2.4GHz Wireless X system.

Hybrid Hot Shoe Supports Multiple Camera Brands

One of the TT350II’s key additions is its multi-contact hybrid hot shoe, which supports Nikon, Canon, Fujifilm, OM System, and Panasonic cameras. The design follows the approach used by Godox’s Lux Junior II, allowing the flash to work across multiple camera systems while retaining TTL autoflash support.

The flash also features an updated head that rotates horizontally through 270 degrees and tilts vertically from -7 to 120 degrees, providing more flexibility for bouncing light off ceilings and walls. Its automatic and manual zoom functions adjust flash coverage to match the lens’s focal length.

Godox lists a guide number of 118 feet at ISO 100. The flash retains its built-in bounce card and pull-out wide-angle diffusion panel, which can help create catchlights in portraits or spread the light over a wider area.

Color Display and LED Modeling Lamp

The TT350II replaces the previous model’s rear interface with an HD color display and redesigned buttons for easier access to settings. The updated interface is intended to make flash adjustments more straightforward during a shoot.

Another new feature is a built-in LED modeling lamp. It can assist with focusing in low-light environments and lets photographers preview the lighting effect before taking a picture.

The TT350II supports TTL automatic flash, manual flash, high-speed sync, front-curtain sync, rear-curtain sync, and multi-stroboscopic flash. These modes give photographers options for different lighting conditions and creative effects.

Wireless Control and Compact Design

The flash includes both a transmitter and receiver for Godox’s 2.4GHz Wireless X system. It can serve as either a master or slave in a multi-flash setup, with 32 available channels and a stated transmission range of 100 meters.

Power comes from two AA batteries. The TT350II measures 144 × 65 × 37mm and weighs 216 grams, keeping it compact enough for smaller mirrorless camera kits.

Pricing and Availability

The Godox TT350II Thinklite flash is priced at $84.90 and is available through the Godox online store and B&H Photo.
