Panasonic won over most of us at IRHQ when they introduced their GM1. The camera took fantastic photos and was easily pocketable (albeit in a jacket pocket). Finally, a truly micro Micro Four Thirds camera! And so the GM1 never left the hands of our founder and Editor-in-Chief, Dave Etchells.

Panasonic visited IRHQ again almost a year later to give us a sneak preview of the GM5, the second camera in the GM line. There's a lot new in the camera, but the headline features include a hot-shoe, electronic viewfinder, and 1080/60p video.

This camera, which will be sold alongside the GM1, will retail for $899 in a kit with the excellent Panasonic 12-32mm f/3.5-5.6. Want to know more? Read on for our Panasonic GM5 preview!
