Over 2 years & 7,530 images later, South African photographer creates dynamic time-lapse of Cape Town

Over the course of the last two years, photographer Brendon Wainwright has kept his camera trained on Table Mountain National Park in Cape Town, South Africa. The resulting time-lapse video is comprised of a whopping 7,530 individual frames and showcases the stunning geography as well as the dynamic weather and lighting of Cape Town and the surrounding area.

The video below was created using Nikon DSLRs and optics. Brendon also uses TriggerTrap products in creating his time-lapse videos.

Unlike Nikon, Canon's DSLR cameras haven't featured built-in time-lapse function until the introduction of the Canon 5DS and 5DS R.
