You may recall seeing this video on our site a couple of weeks ago. Mathieu Stern, the French photographer behind that cool video, is back with the next installment in his Weird Lens Challenge series.

This new episode has Stern taking the Russian-made Jupiter-9 85mm f/2 lens attached to Stern's Sony A7 II via an M42 tilt ring and a NEX adapter.

The Jupiter-9 is known for producing strong and interesting bokeh and can be purchased for only around $150 USD on eBay. To see example images, see Stern's blog post here. The lens produces images with a dreamy, almost surreal appearance.

With the Jupiter-9 85mm lens and tilt shift adapter, it's clear that Stern has once again produced a video that lives up to the "weird lens challenge" moniker. I can't wait to see what the next lens will be in his series.
