Capture 4K Ultra HD video with DJI’s new Phantom 3 4K drone

Aerial photographers looking for an affordable 4K drone will be pleased to know that DJI has announced their new Phantom 3 4K drone.

This new ultra-high resolution video drone offers users intuitive controls and automatic safety and stability features. Capable of shooting 4K video at up to 30 frames-per-second using a Sony EXMORE 1/2.3" CMOS sensor, the Phantom 3 4K can also capture 12-megapixel still images using its f/2.8 equivalent lens with a 94 degree field of view.

The DJI Phantom 3 4K can fly for up to 25 minutes on a single charge and you can view your remaining battery life through the Go companion app on your mobile device. It'll fly with stability as well, as the drone includes a 3-axis gimbal. You can even control the drone over Wi-Fi, or you can let its intelligent automatic flight capabilities take over instead.
