The creativity and artistry of food photography; plus a closer look at Capture One 11’s color editor

 

 

Food photographer Patricia Niven is the latest featured professional in Capture One's new "Dedication" marketing campaign. The campaign is looking at what it takes to be a professional photographer and how Capture One helps different pros with their work.

"I think it's really interesting to work with food because while it may seem inanimate, I see it very much as a character. It looks so beautiful, the colors, the origin, the way it is an artist's material for a chef," Niven says of food photography. She gets to be around other dedicated creative people, including many different chefs, through her work and that's something she enjoys a lot. To learn more about her work, see the video below.
